Slim Flush-Mount Aluminum Anode With Solid Core Rod
This streamlined aluminum anode, featuring a trapezoidal cross-section, is molded onto a galvanized steel solid rod insert. Its flush-mount steel core enables seamless welding to safeguarded steel structures, ensuring a dependable link.
Description
This slender aluminum anode features a trapezoidal cross-section and is cast onto a galvanized steel solid rod insert. The flush-mounted steel core can be welded directly onto the protected steel structure, ensuring a secure connection.
Due to its direct contact with the surface, this flush-mount anode conforms closely to the geometric shape of the structure, minimizing resistance and enhancing effectiveness.
It is specifically designed for cathodic protection in submerged areas of wind turbine foundations, MOUs (semisubs and jack-ups), and offshore floaters (FSO, FSUs, and FPSOs).
Quality Substrate Material
Manufactured using low-iron, high-purity alloys, our indium-activated flush-mounted aluminum anode is crafted to adhere to ISO, NACE, and DNV standards.
