Square Bolt-On Aluminum Bracelet Anode with Half-Shell Design

Indium-activated half-shell aluminum bracelet anode for submarine/offshore pipeline cathodic protection, flush fitting with concrete.

Category:

Description

This aluminum bracelet anode, activated with indium, is engineered to provide cathodic protection for submarine or offshore pipelines. It features a half-shell design composed of two semi-circular parts that are secured around the pipeline. Electrical connection between the anode and the pipe is facilitated either through a steel continuity bar or an electrical cable. The square-ended configuration of our half-shell aluminum bracelet anodes ensures compatibility for seamless integration with concrete coatings.

Quality Substrate Material
Our bracelet anode is crafted from low-iron, high-purity alloys and conforms to ISO, NACE, and DNV standards.

Low Driving Voltage
The aluminum bracelet anode maintains stable performance in seawater and electrolytes with chloride ions due to its operating potential range of -1.05 to -1.10 volts relative to the saturated calomel electrode (SCE).

Technical Measurement Performance
Open Circuit Voltage (-V) 1.10 min.
Closed Circuit Voltage (-V) 1.05 min.
Current Capacity 1135 A.h/lbs (2500 A.h/kg)
Current Efficiency 90% min.
Consumption Rate 7.6 lbs/A·y (3.4 kg/A·y)

Customized Configurations
The dimensions of the anodes are typically designed to match the dimensions of the pipe. Custom configurations can be provided upon request.

Testing

Utilizing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and stringent internal testing protocols, we guarantee the optimal longevity and performance of our anodes. Every anode is assigned a distinct serial number for quality monitoring purposes.
