Single-Strap Rectangular Hull Aluminum Anode

Lightweight, high-amperage rectangular hull aluminum anode protects ocean vessels from corrosion.

Category:

Description

Ocean vessels face continuous corrosion risks due to water and moist winds. Our lightweight, high-amperage output rectangular hull aluminum anode ensures excellent hull protection. It features a cast-in galvanized steel core for direct welding to the protected steel structure, ensuring a secure connection.

Quality Substrate Material
Crafted from premium raw materials, our hull aluminum anode adheres to GS EP COR 201 standards and boasts an extended lifespan compared to competitors.

Low Driving Voltage
Our hull aluminum anode maintains stable performance in saltwater and brackish/estuarine environments with an operating potential range of -1.05 to -1.10 volts relative to the saturated calomel electrode (SCE).

Technical Measurement Performance
Open Circuit Voltage (-V) 1.10 min.
Closed Circuit Voltage (-V) 1.05 min.
Current Capacity 1135 A.h/lbs (2500 A.h/kg)
Current Efficiency 90% min.
Consumption Rate 7.6 lbs/A·y (3.4 kg/A·y)

Much Lighter in Weight
Aluminum hull anodes offer ease of handling during fitting due to their lighter weight compared to zinc anodes, thanks to their lower density.

Strict Quality Control
Our hull aluminum anode undergoes manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring stringent quality control measures are met.

Customized Configurations
We offer the option for customized shapes, weights, and core configurations based on individual requests.
