Round Condenser Aluminum Anode

Economical, lightweight, high efficiency condenser anode.

Category:

Description

An economical option for saline corrosion protection, the condenser aluminum anode boasts higher current efficiency than magnesium and zinc counterparts in low-resistivity aqueous environments. It features a galvanized steel pipe core for easy mounting on steel studs and is widely used in cathodic protection for various applications.

Quality Substrate Material
Crafted from low-iron, high-purity alloys, our condenser aluminum anode meets the GS EP COR 201 standard.

Low Driving Voltage
The condenser aluminum anode delivers consistent performance in seawater and chloride-rich electrolytes, maintaining an operating potential within the range of -1.05 to -1.10 volts compared to the saturated calomel electrode (SCE).

Technical Measurement Performance
Open Circuit Voltage (-V) 1.10 min.
Closed Circuit Voltage (-V) 1.05 min.
Current Capacity 1135 A.h/lbs (2500 A.h/kg)
Current Efficiency 90% min.
Consumption Rate 7.6 lbs/A·y (3.4 kg/A·y)

Much Lighter in Weight
The aluminum condenser anode’s lower density compared to zinc ensures it is lightweight and easier to handle during installation.
