Interior corrosion is a major factor affecting the lifespan of water heaters, caused by minerals in the water attacking steel surfaces due to high temperatures.

Anode rods play a crucial role in preventing corrosion and leaks in water heaters by diverting corrosive action away from tank walls.

Our flexible aluminum anode rod, with either carbon steel wire or 301 stainless steel braided wire attachment, is designed for tight spaces where rigid rods can’t fit, like low ceilings or closets. Ideal for replacement in narrow areas.

In contrast to a cast rod, our extruded rod offers superior machining precision. Its design features a 45-inch length divided into four hinged sections, facilitating installation in confined spaces. The rod can be cut safely to suit specific water heater dimensions.

Uniform Current Distribution
The anode rod is designed with a central steel core that runs the entire length, ensuring even and effective distribution of current for consistent and reliable performance.

Easy Replacement
Regularly inspect and replace the anode rod when draining the water heater tank to ensure optimal performance. Typically, replace the rod when corrosion has used up around 75% of its mass. Our anode rod offers up to a two-year lifespan for effective corrosion protection.
